Update 22. September 2026: MCP.
We updated our Terms and Conditions to reflect new ways of accessing ALLMO, including APIs, MCP connections, and other integrations.
The main changes clarify how customers can connect ALLMO to third-party services such as ChatGPT or Claude, how access credentials and integrations should be managed, and how data is handled when a customer intentionally asks ALLMO to transmit information to a connected third-party service. We also clarified that these external services are independently operated and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We also made a small number of general wording updates around support, service availability, data retention, and contractual responsibilities to make the Terms clearer and more consistent.
The update does not materially change ALLMO’s core service, pricing, subscription model, ownership of customer data, or the general way customers use the platform. Existing customers can continue to use ALLMO as before.
You can access the new version here.
When do the updated Terms apply?
For new customers, the updated Terms apply immediately from 23 September 2026.
For existing customers, the updated Terms will take effect after the four-week notice period, on 20 October 2026.
Existing customers who choose to use the ALLMO MCP before 20 October 2026 agree to the updated Terms from the time they enable or start using the MCP.
