Introducing ALLMOs MCP
ALLMO's data, your reports, visibility scores, citations, prompts, and playbook findings, is available directly inside AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT through MCP (Model Context Protocol). Once connected, you can ask your assistant questions about your ALLMO data in plain language instead of navigating the dashboard.
You don't have to log into ALLMO to check a number, pull together a summary, or hand data to another tool. Ask "What's our Share of Voice on [Company] this month?" or "List the domains citing us most in the last 30 days" directly in your chat client, and get an answer that matches what the ALLMO app shows.
How it works
The connection is read-only. Your assistant can look up your reports and data, but it can't change settings, edit tags, set competitors, or turn on playbooks in ALLMO.
It covers every ALLMO account. There's nothing to request or activate on our end. Once you approve the connection, it works.
A connection is tied to your ALLMO organization, not a single report. Your assistant can see every report you have access to; just mention which company/report you mean when you ask.
Unless you say otherwise, answers cover the last 30 days.
There's a usage limit (60 requests/minute, 1,000/hour) shared across every assistant you've connected, to keep things fast for everyone.
Connecting the MCP to your tools
ChatGPT: ALLMO is listed in the official ChatGPT plugin directory. Open the ALLMO plugin in ChatGPT and add it from there.
Claude and other tools: Our submission to Claude's official connector directory is in progress. Until ALLMO is listed there, add it manually as a custom connector using the URL below.
Connection URL: https://app.allmo.ai/api/mcp
ChatGPT plugin: ALLMO in the ChatGPT plugin directory
Client | Steps |
Claude (claude.ai / Claude Desktop) | Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste https://app.allmo.ai/api/mcp → Add. You'll be prompted to log into ALLMO and approve access. |
Claude Code | Run |
ChatGPT | Recommended: Open the ALLMO plugin in the ChatGPT plugin directory and add it. You'll be prompted to log into ALLMO and approve access. Alternative: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste https://app.allmo.ai/api/mcp. Adding a custom connector in ChatGPT may require Developer Mode or a Team/Enterprise plan. If you don't see this option, use the plugin link above. |
For any of these, you'll be sent to an ALLMO sign-in and approval screen ("Allow [App] to access ALLMO?"). Log in if needed, review the access requested, and click Allow access. You're then returned to your assistant, connected and ready.
Tools
The following tools are available in the current version (September 2026):
Tools | What it does |
List Reports | Finds which of your ALLMO reports (companies) are available, so a question can be pointed at the right one. |
Visibility | Share of Voice, Prompt Share, AI Presence, and how those numbers have trended over time. |
Sources | Which websites and pages AI models cite in your category, including where your own domain ranks. |
Prompts | The prompts ALLMO tracks, how well each is covered, and the underlying search queries AI models actually ran to answer them. |
Responses | The actual AI answers behind a report, filterable by date, model, or company mentioned. |
Findings | Outputs from ALLMO's automated playbooks (Reddit, YouTube, Knowledge Gaps, and others). What they found in your data. |
Metric definitions | What a metric like Share of Voice or Citation Share actually means, so your assistant never guesses at a definition. |
What to do with the insights
Ask about your visibility numbers, citations, or prompt performance the same way you'd ask a colleague — no need to know ALLMO's internal terms.
Use it to pull data into a broader workflow: combine ALLMO figures with your own notes, briefs, or other connected tools in the same conversation.
If you disconnect and reconnect later (new device, revoked access, etc.), just repeat the steps above — no need to contact ALLMO.
Since it's read-only, use the ALLMO app itself for any changes (competitors, tags, activating playbooks) — your assistant will point you back to the app for those.
