Cancel your subscription 😒

Cancellation is handled securely in the Stripe Billing Portal

You can cancel your ALLMO subscription at any time. There's no annual commitment and no cancellation fee.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Subscription

  2. Click Cancel Subscription (visible only on active subscriptions)

  3. You'll be redirected to the Stripe Billing Portal

  4. Confirm the cancellation in Stripe

That's it. Your cancellation is processed immediately by Stripe.

What happens after you cancel

  • You keep full access and tracking until the end of your current billing period. No refund for the unused portion, but no further charges either.

  • Your monthly credits remain usable until the period ends.

  • Top-up credits you've already purchased follow their own expiry rules (end of next billing period, max 2 months).

  • Your data stays intact - prompts, URLs, and historical reports remain in your account.

Changed your mind?

You can resubscribe at any time from Settings β†’ Subscription. Your existing data, prompts, and configurations will be right where you left them.

Want to downgrade instead of cancel?

If your usage has dropped but you still want some level of monitoring, consider downgrading to a smaller plan instead. Open the Stripe Billing Portal via Manage Plan to switch tiers.
