What the Pages explorer tracks

Pages (under Explore β†’ Pages) is a URL-centric view of every web page that AI models cite when generating answers in your tracked market. Instead of looking at brands or domains, you look at the individual pages that AI is pulling information from, page by page, ranked by citation volume.

Why monitoring AI citations at the URL level matters

When ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini cite a source, that source is shaping what users learn, and which brands they consider.

ALLMO gives you two ways to look at citation data, and Pages is the more granular of the two:

  • Domain Sources (the view you'll see first) aggregates citations by domain. It tells you which sites overall AI models trust in your category, for example that reddit.com or a specific competitor domain is a top source.

  • Pages drills one level deeper, to the individual URL. It tells you exactly which article, guide, thread, or product page is being cited.

Start with Domain Sources to understand the landscape. Switch to Pages when you need to act, because you can't write a better version of "reddit.com," but you can write a better version of a specific Reddit thread or a competitor guide.

Use Pages to answer:

  • Which of my own URLs are working as GEO assets (and which aren't)?

  • Which specific third-party pages should I be trying to get featured on, quoted in, or added to?

  • What types of content (guides, listicles, product pages, forum threads) earn citations in my space?

  • Which exact pages do competitors own that I should produce a better version of?

How ALLMO ranks pages by citations and prompt coverage

For each report, ALLMO collects every cited URL across all AI responses and shows them in a single table with:

  • Page URL: the cited page (clickable, opens externally)

  • Domain Category: what kind of site it is (media, competitor, marketplace, etc.)

  • Depth: how deep in the site structure the page sits

  • Total Citations: how many times the page was cited across responses

  • Distinct Prompts: how many different prompts triggered citations to this page

The split between Total Citations and Distinct Prompts matters. A page cited 50 times for one prompt is a niche authority, while a page cited 30 times across 30 different prompts is a broad authority. Both are valuable, but for different reasons.

How to filter, search, and explore the Pages table

  1. Go to Explore β†’ Pages.

As always, you can modify the view specific information:

  • Apply the filter bar to scope by model, language, country, tags, or date. The default view covers roughly the last 30 days.

  • Use the Category filter to focus on a specific domain type (e.g., only competitor sites, only review platforms).

  • Use the search box to find specific URLs or filter to a domain. Search is debounced and resets pagination, so type freely.

  • Sort by Total Citations to see the most-cited pages overall, or by Distinct Prompts to find the broadest authorities.

  • Click a URL to open the page in a new tab and see for yourself why AI models trust it.

  • Use pagination at the bottom to navigate through the full set.

How to turn cited pages into a content and outreach roadmap

  • Audit your own URLs. Filter to your domain. The pages getting cited are your GEO winners. Study what makes them work (structure, depth, freshness, schema) and apply the pattern elsewhere.

  • Find content gaps. Pages from competitors getting heavy citations point directly at content you should be producing, or producing better.

  • Build a target list for outreach and PR. Third-party sites with high citation counts in your category are the modern equivalent of high-DA backlink targets. Get featured, quoted, listed, or reviewed there.

  • Understand AI's source preferences. If forums and Reddit threads dominate, your strategy needs community presence. If editorial media dominates, lean into PR. If product comparison sites dominate, get into them.

  • Track citation depth. Deep URLs (specific guides, comparison pages) winning citations tells you AI is rewarding specificity over homepage authority, a strong signal for your content planning.

  • Combine with Brand Mentions. A page cited often that doesn't mention you is a placement opportunity. A page that mentions you but isn't widely cited is a candidate for amplification.

  • Search by file times. Review whether files like PDF, Markdown (.md), or .txt are getting cited in your category. If they are, publishing your own versions (spec sheets, technical markdown or txt files, research reports) can open a citation channel most competitors aren't optimizing for yet.
